Approach and Evaluate Potential Candidates

• Discuss the opportunity directly with candidates and gather more information about them to decide suitability and convince them of the opportunity

• Conduct face-to-face interviews with qualified candidates. This includes conducting initial reference checks

• Prepare and submit to client detailed evaluation report on each one of the finalist candidates that are suitable for the position and worth presenting

• Our consultants are well trained and experienced in conducting competency based evaluation. Only the consultant talks to candidates throughout the process
