This was BSF first experience to assign to a local "Executive Search Company" the task of searching for a Senior Manager in order to replace an expatriate from our joint venture partner. Since 1st contact with Prospect, the company and its work presented in a very professional manner. The ground preparation to start the task was thorough and very professional, the respect to the terms of the agreement made the process clear and easy to administer. The continuous update of the progress was keeping us informed, and allowed us to share with our input regarding the candidates' profiles. Also despite the difficulty of the search, Prospect was able to submit a short list of around 4 candidates, 2 of them were considered finalists. On another aspect the structure of the fees is very professional and ensures fairness to the client, financial obligation, unlike international agencies. On the personal side, the consultant always demonstrated readiness and cooperation to work over weekends, and beyond regular hours.
